Marlow spent over 43 years in grain elevator operations with The Andersons, Inc. 

He founded Operations Professional Services (OPS) in 2015. OS provides customers with customized education, training, and guidance to improve operational efficiency, maintain grain quality, and increase overall bottom-line performance.

According to Marlow, “There is a direct correlation between maintenance activities and safety. [My] courses will tie the two elements together."
